Yamaha YZ450f Big Bore Kit - YZ500f for+2023

 
This is a complete kit including everything needed to bolt on a 500cc big bore kit for YZ450f dirt bike with the 2023 and newer engines.
 
Complete bolt on kit includes a 102mm cylinder, JE 102mm Light Weight Piston kit, and Cometic gaskets.
Custom designed piston is a light weight design, with 14.5:1 compression, and built in clearances for big valves, big cams, and stroker cranks
Cometic gasket kit includes head and base gaskets. (always check all clearances during assembly to ensure proper specs due to factory variances)
Bolts on with no case modification 
Great option to fix damaged stock cylinders
Retains 100% stock OEM look for a stealthy engine build

This item requires customer to send in a cylinder for a core, or pay a $500 core charge
