This is by far the best intake manifold to use with the 39 FCR carburetors. This manifold will move the carbs down and to the left. This is required for clearance with most aftermarket exhaust pipes, which rub on the carbs. This intake also gives the needed clearance between the frame rail and the throttle cable bracket.
